    DIGITAL SALES MANAGER  The South Bend Tribune has an exciting opportunity for a full time Digital Sales Manager. The position will aggressively pursue personal digital media ad goals directly with local, regional and national clients; develop strategies for driving internet product sales; achieve growth goals for internet products; manage the digital team including setting goals and performance expectations; position and develop high performance cross-platform marketing plans; review relevant sales and campaign performance reporting and communicate with appropriate individuals and teams; work closely with VP of Advertising to develop pricing strategies; evaluate/analyze shifting online media trends; work closely with the marketing team and other relevant departments to build strategic digital plans to achieve audience goals and web site objectives; establish digital fulfillment and processes that support sales efforts; track all sales activities and market changes in Sales Touch CRM daily; maintain organized business files including client information and activity.     PART TIME 2ND SHIFT GRAPHIC DESIGNER for WEB AD DESIGN  We are looking for a graphic designer to design web ads and some print ads for a variety of advertisers.     The South Bend Tribune is looking for a dependable person to work in our Packaging Department as a part time Equipment Operator in the evenings. Duties include maintaining, operating and the set-up of the on-line and off-line inserting equipment, quarter folding equipment and all packaging equipment. Also responsible for the accuracy of all inserting operations and for producing computer reports for off-line production runs.  The ideal candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, have good communication and people skills and be able to work under pressure. Under the direction of the Supervisor, the entire Packaging Department works to make sure items are in place and run efficiently to meet department schedules. The Packaging Department operates the systems that insert preprinted supplements into the newspaper, assemble newspapers, and then bundle and identify the newspapers for delivery.     DISTRICT ASSISTANT The South Bend Tribune has a part time District Assistant opening in our LaPorte warehouse. The District Assistant will assist the District Manager in day to day operations. This includes delivering the newspaper as needed for down routes, training independent contractors, accessing information in the computer, fiiling reports and performing customer service contacts. In addition, this position fills in for other employees for vacations so flexibility in scheduling is needed. This position is 25-30 hrs per week and involves working early morning hours. You must be accurate and detail oriented and dependability is a must.     We currently have an opening in our Subscriber Services Department for a part time Retention Specialist.
